Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Superior Environmental Solutions, a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Captain Clean. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Captain Clean, based in Clinton, Iowa, is a leading provider of industrial cleaning services across the Midwest. Established in 1969, the company has grown from a single vacuum truck operation into a trusted provider of specialized cleaning services. Captain is recognized for its reliability and technical expertise, serving a blue-chip customer base across the region.

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), based in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides a comprehensive suite of environmental and industrial services, including waterblasting, pressure washing, product destruction, recycling, waste disposal, and emergency response.
