Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Aero Accessories, a portfolio company of ATL Partners, in its acquisition of AirGroup America. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

AirGroup America, based in Pittsburgh, PA, and founded in 1990, is a leading stocking distributor of aerospace replacement parts, specializing in high precision bearings. AGA serves a high-quality customer base across passenger airlines, logistics and cargo airlines and FAA Repair Stations (“MROs”).

Aero Accessories, based in Miramar, FL, is a leading provider of MRO services for complex, difficult-to-repair, and in-demand components requiring engineering expertise. Founded in 2007, Aero specializes in fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic, avionics, instrumentation, and power generation system aftermarket products and services. Aero supports customers across the cargo/logistics, commercial airlines, and defense end markets from its three facilities, encompassing 130,000 sq. ft. of flight equipment workspace in Miramar, FL, Miami, FL, and Buffalo, NY.
