Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Aldinger, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, in the three unrelated acquisitions of Tescom, HDCL, and Instrument Technologies. Through our focused and accelerated outreach program, we were able to identify, source and assist in the closing of all three acquisitions within four months of the inception of our engagement.          

Tescom Calibration & Repair, based in Cedar Park, Texas, is a provider of instrument calibration and repair services for a variety of industries including semiconductor, medical, research, aviation and electrical utilities among others.

Huston-DePue Calibration Laboratories, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, provides calibration services for a variety of testing equipment including electronics, temperature, pressure and vacuum and environmental balancing.

Instrument Technologies Incorporated, based in Boise, Idaho, is a leader in providing on-site calibration services, temperature mapping, and equipment qualification across a variety of industries.

Aldinger Company, based in Dallas, Texas, is a provider of calibration, repair, products, and system solutions for various models of testing and measuring equipment used in various industries including life sciences, aerospace, food and beverage and chemicals.
