Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Aldinger, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, in four unrelated acquisitions of J&J Calibration, OnCal, Cal-Labs, and Servo Innovations. With these recent transactions, we have now sourced and closed nine acquisitions for Aldinger in the last year.

J&J Calibration, based in Walcott, ND, is an ISO-17025 accredited company, offering mobile and laboratory calibration services in dimensional, mechanical, temperature, electronic, pressure and torque measurement.

OnCal, based in Seattle, WA, is one of the Pac-Norths leading providers of pipette calibration, serving sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, and healthcare.

Cal-Labs, based La Mirada, CA, is an ISO-17025 accredited company providing dimensional and mechanical calibration to manufacturers across the aerospace, fastener, and medical industries.

Servo Innovations, based in Wayland, MI, and founded in 2005, provides  calibration and repair solutions across the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries.

Aldinger, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a full-service provider of calibration and repair services to customers’ mission-critical test and measurement equipment and instrumentation.
