Third Coast Capital Advisors served as advisor to Badger Meter in its acquisition of D-Flow Technology AB of Sweden. Through our Acquisition Search services, we identified D-Flow as a strategic target for Badger Meter who hired us to help support their plans to grow through acquisition. Our services included making contact with the company and starting a strategic dialog with its owners, as well as providing assistance throughout the transaction process.

This transaction represents a good example our ability to identify and execute proprietary, strategic acquisitions for corporate buyers in the U.S and Internationally.

D-Flow Technology AB, based in Lulea, Sweden, D-Flow Technology designs and manufactures customized integrated circuits and transducers for measuring various types of flow and also provides technical support. This acquisition will strengthen Badger Meter’s position in ultrasonic flow measurement.
