Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Belnick, a portfolio company of Sterling Investment Partners, in its acquisition of HBCY Creations.  Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. The acquisition of HBCY is part of Belnick’s evolving strategy of acquiring e-commerce and Amazon businesses and developing them into world class brands that align with their existing portfolio of consumer and commercial brands.       

HBCY Creations, based in Flushing, New York, is an e-commerce home and office décor company.  The company offers thoughtfully designed décor including chalkboards, coat racks, storage products, mirrors and flag cases. 

Belnick, based in Canton, Georgia is a leading online distributor of value-oriented furniture for residential and commercial use, serving both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.  The company offers over 4,300 unique furniture products, including office chairs, stacking chairs, folding chairs, restaurant furniture and reception furniture.  With warehouses strategically located in Georgia, Ohio, Mississippi and California, the company is able to ship quickly on a nationwide basis.
