Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to The Cary Company in its acquisition of Containers Unlimited.  Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This is the second transaction we have closed for The Cary Company his year and represents a good example of our ability to identify and execute proprietary, strategic acquisitions on their behalf.   

Containers Unlimited, based in Haywood, California, is a leading distributor and reconditioner of industrial containers specializing in drums, buckets, cans, bottles and intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s).  The company operates out of three facilities in California representing over 210,000 square feet of warehouse and storage space.

The Cary Company, headquartered in Addison, Illinois, The Cary Company, founded in 1895, provides containers and packaging, industrial filtration, spill control and a variety of facility and shipping products to customers in the United States and overseas. This privately-owned company has emerged in the past few years as a strong contender in the distribution space with its well-established online presence and distinguished customer service experience.
