Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to CMS Nextech, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, in its acquisition of Arctic Services.  Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents a good example of our ability to identify and execute proprietary, strategic add-on acquisitions for private equity portfolio companies.  

Arctic Services, based in Las Vegas, NV provides commercial HVAC service, repairs, and installation services in the greater Las Vegas area.  Founded in 2008, Arctic has grown to a leading service company with large and small businesses in the Las Vegas area.

CMS Nextech, based in Melbourne, Florida, is America’s largest independent self-performing commercial HVAC/R service provider. The company provides 24/7 nationwide service with directly employed self-performing technicians in 37 states. Employees are located nationwide and service over 50,000 customer sites.Industries served include dining, grocery, restaurants, retail, outlet stores, medical facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.Audax acquired CMS Nextech in November of 2020.
