Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Core States Group, a portfolio company of Harren Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Barghausen Consulting Engineers. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Barghausen Consulting Engineers, based in Kent, WA, is a multidisciplinary services firm focused on providing land development expertise for over 40 years. Founded in 1982, Barghausen offers a wide range of services, including civil engineering, land surveying, architecture, energy system design, landscape architecture, permit expediting, and land use planning. The firm has worked on various projects across the United States and operates extensively throughout the West Coast, with seven branch locations in the region.
