Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Innovative Chemical Products Group (the ICP Group), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, in its acquisition of Arizona Polymer Flooring. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents a good example of our ability to identify and execute proprietary, add-on acquisitions for private equity portfolio companies.

Arizona Polymer Flooring, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is a leading manufacturer of high-performance flooring products and concrete coating systems. The acquisition of Arizona Polymers adds dozens more high-value flooring brands to ICP Group. It also extends ICP’s manufacturing and distribution capabilities to Arizona and the West Coast, better supporting existing customers in those geographies.

ICP Group, based in Andover, Massachusetts, is a leading specialty chemical company engaged in the formulation, manufacturing and marketing of coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers. ICP serves multiple end markets, including: OEM, industrial, building materials, packaging, printing, specialty construction and sports surfaces. Arizona Polymer will join the current ICP Construction division, which includes market-leading brands California Paints, FixALL, Storm System, Fiberlock, Dry-Treat, California Sports Surfaces, Rock-Tred, Scuffmaster, Zolatone and ClearErase.
