Third Coast is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Olsick to the firm as a Director and Head of Business Development. Mr. Olsick has responsibility for private equity coverage, transaction origination and all phases of transaction execution. Prior to working with Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Olsick was Vice President & Head of Transaction Origination with McNally Capital, a Chicago-based merchant bank that partners with family offices to make and manage direct private equity investments. During his time at McNally, Mr. Olsick represented a wide variety of clients regarding specific merger and acquisition assignments across a variety of industries, including but not limited to: aerospace & defense, agriculture, food & beverage, business services, energy, industrial, hospitality, packaging, and transportation. Mr. Olsick’s prior experience includes an origination and execution role at Dinan & Company, a Phoenix-based buyside investment bank focused on acquisition search. Mr. Olsick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Arizona University.
