Third Coast Capital Advisors represented MAVERICK Technologies in its acquisition of CQS Innovation, Inc. Our Strategic Acquisition Search and Advisory Services included making contact with the target and starting a strategic dialog with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

CQS Innovation, Inc. is a Michigan-based systems integrator specializing in control and information systems for life sciences, chemical and metal industries.
