Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Minuteman Security & Life Safety, a portfolio company of Tenex Capital Management, in three unrelated acquisitions consisting of Secuni, Access Security Corp, & AdaptToSolve. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Secuni, based in Edison, NJ, is a technology integration firm that solves physical security problems, primarily for industrial and commercial firms, schools, and brand-centric organizations.

Access Security Corp, based in Warminster, PA, is an integrated physical and electronic security provider specializing in solution deployment for customers in electronic access control, video surveillance, security voice solutions, intrusion detections and hosted managed services.

AdaptToSolve, based in LaGrange, GA, is an electronic security technology integration firm that solves physical security problems, primarily in the government, education, manufacturing, retail, and financial sectors.

Minuteman Security & Life Safety, based in Andover, MA, and founded in 1988, is the largest full-service enterprise security & life safety technology solution provider in the Eastern region of the United States.
