Third Coast Capital Advisors represented Mérieux NutriSciences Corporation, including its North American operating entity, Silliker, Inc. in its acquisition of ABC Research Laboratories ("ABC") Our Strategic Acquisition Search and Advisory Services included identifying the target through our proprietary research and then facilitating a strategic dialog with its owner. We also advised our client on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This is the second acquisition we have closed with Merieux in 2015.

Mérieux NutriSciences, headquartered in Lyon, France and Chicago, Illinois, provides a wide range of testing, quality and consulting services to the food & nutrition, agrochemicals, pharma and cosmetics industries.
