Third Coast Capital Advisors Represents Communications Service in its Sale to BAYCOM, Inc.

Third Coast Capital Advisors recently represented Communications Service Wisconsin (“CSW”) in its sale to BAYCOM, Inc. Third Coast acted as the exclusive financial advisor to CSW, working closely with the senior management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.

Communications Service, based in Portage, Wisconsin, specializes in turnkey communications system engineering, implementation, equipment sales and maintenance for the public safety and commercial markets. CSW also has locations in Madison, Wisconsin and La Crosse, Wisconsin.

BAYCOM Inc., based in Green Bay, Wisconsin is a leading provider of mission-critical voice, mobile data and video solutions for public safety and commercial clients, including manufacturing, education and transportation. In April 2016, BAYCOM became part of Owners Edge, a 100% ESOP owned holding company that strives to invest in and build sustainable businesses throughout the Midwest.
