Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to ECP Incorporated in its acquisition of the Tornador brand and related product lines from Dehn’s Innovations, LLC. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents a good example of our ability to assist strategic buyers in pursuing proprietary acquisitions.

Dehns Innovations, LLC, based in Carrollton, Texas, supplies patented air and liquid tools used for the cleaning and detailing of vehicles under theTornador® brand. The Tornador® Brand has been on the market since 2006 and has continued to develop new and innovative products that are well respected in the industry.
