Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Pool Troopers, a portfolio company of Shoreline Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Prime Pool Service. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents the 21st acquisition by Pool Troopers since partnering with Shoreline Equity Partners in December 2020 and the first in the Austin market.
