Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Rapid Pump & Meter Service, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Metro Pumps & Systems. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.
Metro Pumps & Systems, based in Edison, New Jersey, provides repair and maintenance services and distribution for motors, pumps, and rotating equipment. Founded in 2003, Metro has served industrial and municipal customers throughout the greater New Jersey and NYC metropolitan area for over 20 years.
