Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Rasa Floors, a portfolio company of Saw Mill Capital, in its acquisition of Floors First Nashville. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This represents the second transaction that we have sourced and executed for Rasa. 

Floors First Nashville, based in LaVergne, Tennessee, specializes in Multi-Family and Investment Property floor covering needs. The company offers installation and same-day emergency service of carpet, tile, ceramic, and wood flooring. Floors First serves Nashville and several surrounding Tennessee markets.

Rasa Floors, based in Carrollton, Texas, is a leading flooring installation provider serving both repair and renovation and new construction applications, with a focus on the multi-family market. The company offers a wide range of flooring solutions to property managers and management companies across the Southeast, Southwest, and Northeast regions of the United States.
