Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Rasa Floors, a portfolio company of Saw Mill Capital, in its acquisition of Martin Greenbaum Company. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents a good example of our ability to source and close proprietary add-on acquisitions for the portfolio companies of private equity firms.

This marks our 22nd acquisition within the Business Services industry over the last two years, further highlighting our expertise and deep understanding of the unique dynamics of service businesses.

Martin Greenbaum Company, based in Dayton, New Jersey, is the largest multi-family flooring contractor in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The company provides next-day installation of carpet, tile, and vinyl flooring and same-day emergency services. MGC has seven locations across the east coast and more than 150 installation teams.

Rasa Floors, based in Carrollton, Texas, is a leading flooring installation provider serving both repair and renovation and new construction applications, with a focus on the multi-family market. The company offers a wide range of flooring solutions to property managers and management companies across the Southeast and Southwest regions operating out of 19 branches.
