Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive buyside advisor to Rotating Machinery Services (RMS), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, in its acquisition of BJ Superior. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction.

BJ Superior, based in South Houston, Texas, and founded in 1978, specializes in the production and refurbishment of babbitted bearings, labyrinth seals, thrust assemblies, and other precision-engineered components that are essential to rotating equipment reliability.
