Third Coast Capital Advisors represented S&N Communications, an affiliated portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Utah based Stake Center Locating, Inc. Our Strategic Acquisition Search Services included identifying the target company, making contact with its owners and assisting in negotiating this proprietary acquisition for S&N. We also advised on valuation and deal structure and assisted with the closing of the transaction.

Stake Center Locating is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a leader in fiber optic locating services. The company currently does work in 37 states, but has particular strength in Utah, California and Oregon. Customers include phone and cable companies and utilities.

S&N Communications, headquartered in North Carolina, is a leading provider of construction and maintenance services to telecom, cable, natural gas and utility companies. Over the past five years, S&N has installed more than 22 million feet of fiber optic cable and connected approximately 500,000 homes with telecom, cable and gas service.
