Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Summit Hosting, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, in its acquisition of Handy Networks and Tech Commandos in two separate, and unrelated transactions. Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the targets and making contact with each respective owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transactions. These acquisitions represent great examples of the benefits of direct outreach as these transactions were sourced and closed without an M&A advisor representing the seller.

Summit Hosting, based in Alpharetta, Georgia is a leading cloud hosting provider for financial applications, including QuickBooks and Sage Hosting in the U.S. and Canada.  The company offers top-tier hosting platforms for customers worldwide, with over 8,000 servers and 30,000 users running in their hosting environments.      

Handy Networks, based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is a managed IT services company that provides co-location, dedicated and managed server hosting, managed security services, cloud hosting and various other solutions.       

Tech Commandos, based in Marlton, New Jersey, is a cloud hosting company focused on Sage, QuickBooks, Timeslips and Lacerte.
