Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents a good example of our ability to partner with private corporations to identify and execute proprietary, strategic acquisitions on their behalf.
Gorgeous Garage, based in Rexburg, Idaho, is a leading provider of garage storage systems, including the innovative and patented Monkey Bar Storage System. The company has more than 120 dealers throughout North America and has been featured on HGTV, Extreme Home Makeover and Property Brothers. Products include shelving systems, custom cabinets, flooring and workbenches.
The Stow Company, headquartered in Holland, Michigan, manufactures a complete range of organization solutions for all areas of the home. Products include closet organizers, garage storage systems, pantry organizers, wall beds, laundry storage, entertainment centers, mudroom storage and more. These organization systems are marketed under dealer, retail and e-commerce operating groups.
