Third Coast Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Trifast plc in its acquisition of Falcon Fastening Solutions.  Our Acquisition Search services included identifying the target and making contact with its owner, as well as providing assistance on valuation, transaction structure and the negotiation and closing of the transaction. This transaction represents a good example of our ability to partner with International companies to identify and execute proprietary, cross border acquisitions on their behalf.   

Falcon Fastening Solutions, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is an industrial distributor of fasteners and other Class C production components as well as a vendor managed inventory (VMI) service provider for OEM’s.  Falcon has full-service distribution centers in Charlotte, NC and Louisville, Kentucky as well as onsite branch locations at client plants.
