Third Coast Capital Advisors recently represented Webster Manufacturing & Engineering Co. in its sale to Selas Heat Technology Company of Streetsboro, Ohio. Third Coast represented the parent company of Webster who decided to divest the company in order to focus on their core business operations. This transaction is a good example of our experience and expertise in managing the corporate divestiture process.

Webster Manufacturing & Engineering is a leading manufacturer of multi-fuel boiler burners which serve as the heat source for the transformation of water to potable hot water, hot water for heating, and steam for heating and process applications.
